ive seen

a lot of people post the 5 loves of their lives. i figured i’d join the crowd.

these are the 5 people, thus far, that have impacted me and taught me lessons in relationships and love. lessons ill always remember and keep through out the rest of my life. some were miserable and some bittersweet, yet im still thankful it happened.

1. i fell in love with a crooked tailed cat with a wet nose and a personality all his own. whenever i felt anything but happiness, he put his paws on me and made everything better. there are no words for my immense love and the spot in my heart now missing him.

2. i fell for a skater boy that taught me such a lesson i will never forget. i still have the scars. young, dumb love and the control of someone left for dead in a POW camp. so much anger in him and such abuse in words. he taught me what it was to keep your guard up and what signs to look for.

3. i loved a musician that sang the blues and had a pure heart of gold and was loved by all and left for a watery grave. he taught me life and music and theres not a day that my mind doesnt linger on him.

4. i loved a boy with ice blue eyes and the look of a greek. i demolished his heart beyond repair and though we tried, it was inevitable. i still feel such excessive guilt, but i hope he finds great happiness in the future.

5. im in love with a boy who i hope never becomes past tense. he loves fast cars and i love him with such intensity i cant wrap my head around it. youre immaculate. stay.
